Just so you know, NHRA does not race like that, with the exception of the "Super Classes" that are run at NHRA Division Races and National events. These classes include an 8.90, 9.90 and 10.90 class. Sure looks to me like he is alot closer to the "9 second bracket" than he is the 10 second bracket.
