Watching Smokey and the Bandit II They just destroyed 25-30 4 door Pontiac G-body's. I had forgotten they use G-body as the police cars. :lol:

That is an Excellent movie. Jackie Gleason Is awesome. There was a lot of G-Body Carnage, but great flick.

If it wasnt for Jackie Gleason, there'd be no reason to ever watch S &B 2 or 3.

S & B 2 was Burt, Fields, Reed, & Gleason with an elephant going cross-country and Dom DeLuise as the Vet and featured a Turbo Trans Am S/E

S & B 3 was Jerry Reed playing as The Bandit and Chasing Buford T Justice across the country for a fiberglass shark, and featured a Base Model '83 Black and Gold Trans Am (again, not an Trans Am S/E or itd have Tan leather Recaros).
There's a scene with Burt dubbed and faded in... but it was pretty crappy all around and Reed picks up a woman in a very similar way to how Burt got Sally.... the acting is horrible but they seem to try in the beginning, by the end, its obvious they were just banging through it to finish... its aweful really.

I guess if they do a SB4 they'll be riding in a Camaro skyping on smart phones since hardly anybody has CB's on their car anymore lol
