I don't know what kind of times your car would do, but it sounds like a good set up.
Do you got any pics of your car? I would like to check out the side pipes.

Sounds alot like my set up and I just turned a 13.98 @ 98mph in my El Camino. I am going to say you're around 375-400 hp with 450lbs-ft of torque. If traction is good I'm guessing you'll dip into the 13s 8)

Alot of your ET will depend on the trans and gears you've got...and your traction. I have a TH350 with very mild converter and 3.42 gears. It kinda sticks with 275/60 BFG radials, but Ihave to watch it on the launch or it'll kinda do it own thing.

I can assure you that the 383 will be more fun than you'll know what to do with. The low RPM torque is a blast!!

I know this may be apples to oranges but my stock GN ran 13.9 @98 and I bet his motor is more powerful.

I would think low 13's maybe a high 12?

I would think you should be in the 12's also. Depending on your gears and tires. I have a 78 Malibu with a 355, vortec heads (2.02/1.60 valves), air gap intake, headers, 2-1/2 inch dynomax race mfflers, 670 street avenger, and 342 gears. I think that's it. I run a pretty consistant 13.5-13.7. So as I said I deffinatelly think you should be in the 12's. Please keep us informed.
Oh, and don't let the gas prices ruin your fun drive it anyway!!!!!!!!!!!

My best guess would be high 13's if you can get it to hook.Dump that quadrapuke and pickup one of those demon carbs. They work real well and are very street friendly.Probally good for a tenth.(just a thought if it's in the budget)

There is no way you're making that kind of power and only running a 13.98 @ 98. Even if you had a 5 sec 60' your mph would easily be 112-116 with 400 horse. In a 3300lb car I trap 109 with 305 whp.

If you can aproach a 2.0 60' and are really making 400 horse you should easily see mid 12's
