EDIT: I finally found the NGK Race plug R5672A-8. Carquest is getting them from the warehouse, and I pick them up this afternoon. Screw Summit with their $9 return postage, but I got no use for 8 plugs that might be cracked and are too short anyway.

Anytime I have had an issue with a damaged item from Summit I contact them and they email me a prepaid RMA label for UPS you don't use the USPS label that comes on your receipt for defective returns.

Meh. Got no time for dumb sh*t, lesson learned. Paid more money, but in my grubby hands same day and individually boxed. Fock it.
