i have a set of generation one or gen two spindles from a camaro will they fit on a 85 cutlass supreme. i want to put bigger brakes on the front and if they will fit that would be awsome. thanks

if they're second gen you should be ok. check out KORE3 for their fitment chart.

i found out they are from a 1977 chevy camaro i matched them up the ball joint holes are the same size but it looks like the tie rod hole is alittle further out the the stock spindle off the cutlass. Will this effect my steering? and it is lke twice the size of the stock spindle so Will the car sit much higher in the front? I am deff gonna use them if they will work becasue i want the bigger brakes. i wanna make sure there will be no problems. if anyone has done this before that can give me any info that would be great thanks.

i believe that you put the balljoint in from the bottom with the camaro spindles.
you will need to adjust the toe setting to compensate for the different steering arms.
for a real expert on this talk to marcus at SC&C http://www.scandc.com/products.htm

how do they go in on the cutlass thru the top.

isnt that a tall spindle? you would need the global west upper control arms i think, too pricey if you ask me. people always do the tall spindle conversion which means they buy used spindles, new pads, rotors, calipers, lines and then a 500 and some odd dollar control arms and they have like 700+ intot he setup OR you can get a wilwood setup off ebay for around 650 and have 4 piston calipers among other advantages.

the tall spindle will also give you better geometry and if you use the KORE3 type kit you have c5/c6 brakes so replacement is much easier if there's a problem.
and honestly the upper control arm should be replaced anyway. sc&c has fully adjustable ones with the race bushings for $300.

yea there big i got them for free thats why im askin. so your saying they will not work?

i was going to do the camaro spindle swap myself. in the end i decided to go a lot farther and use ATS AFX spindles once i get money.
like i said, talk to marcus at sc&c he's the g-body suspension and brake god!

the spindles that i took off the car are soooo small are there any cars i can take spindles off that are alittle bigger. because i wanna be able to stop lol.but i dont want to spend 700$ for a kit at sc&c.
