Bought Spohn's g-body 12 bolt conversion UCA's. However they are just like regular control arms and have no angle adjustment to suit the 12 bolts ears. There is no left or right like other companies versions of these. I contacted spohn accusing them of sending me the wrong item, the rep responded saying there isn't supposed to be any angle nor right/left distinguish and that the only difference from regular g-body UCA's in the "C-C" length. As far as i know its not even possible to have 2 identical arms for this swap due to the required change in angle.

Heres some pics of them installed and below that is Umi performance's version of the conversion arms and anothers called Iceman, both very clearly made with an angle therefore a specific right/left

Wow, there is no way I would run those like that. I would call back and try to talk to someone else. Because the guy you talked to has no clue.

The angle is correct on the 12-Bolt swap uppers. We designed those off one of my cars, we were installing a 68-72 A-Body 12-Bolt into my 87 Regal. That was 5 years ago and we have been making and selling them ever since.

Some companies say that if you use rod ends in regular G-Body arms they will swivel enough to work but I don't like that idea. We use the control arms angled along with a rod end or Roto-Joint for additional movement.

I hope that helps,
Ryan
