I've heard of people running manual S-10 steering boxes in G bodys so one would think aleast the box end would work.i don't know if this helps or hurts but..

I have an S-10 manual steering box in the race car and a Astro van shaft. I would buy one of these for my Iraqi Taxi if they'd fit.
