Steering wheel sizes

I'm looking to get a vintage woodgrain steering wheel and the measurements are 13.5" in diameter and 3.5" in depth. I drive an 87 El Camino, would this wheel fit? I don't have the slightest idea.

OE wheel is 15.25" OD and 4" deep.

It'll fit with the adapter kit...however, every aftermarket "universal" wheel I've ever had my hands on felt way flimsier than the OE stuff once installed.
