My tail lights are not working, the headlights work, reverse lights work and front and rear blinkers also work. I have changed the break pedal sensors because the break lights were staying on, they also work. I should say, this car has been apart for some years, they did work prior. Also, the lights will flash when I arm the alarm. Any ideas what could me causing this?

I thought of this and the wire are not cut, looks like they just spliced into the wire.
