Call Brian over at Gbodyparts to see if he has one already. If he does he may swap you out. I know he was sending a pallet full to get rechromed. If not there is an exchange way he is going to be doing the work. Re-chroming is a little more expensive but there is no substitute for 45mil triple nickle chrome. You see the pics.

How much ? Rechroming bumpers on my 79 cost almost $900 for both ....

Maybe, in the future. Right now we are trying to get a following of people that will support just getting the parts remade and re chromed where we can convince the MFG of the new ones to carry a couple different models. After we get teh popularity of the cars boosted we can think about making variants in the parts offered. Me personally have also thought about making the bumper smooth as well. So I believe that I will use a couple chrome bolts in place of the holes to see how it looks.

If you have cores for trade it will not be that much. I believe that it would be a couple hundred less. Brian will chime in here if it is any different. From what I understand if we use the existing cores and they are in good shape the cost may be less. Not sure.
Its all about finishing and polishing that gives the nice appearance.
