Just down the road from me. Local train station built in 1868 had to be moved as it was too close to the existing tracks that are being upgraded for high speed passenger travel.
DOT said move it or we'll need to tear it down.
So, with some grant $$ and fund raisers the town got the funds to move it 2 miles up the hill to town land next to the town offices.
It's now about 1/3 of the way there, sitting on a new road in a corn field. 2 major power lines need to be raised before it can go much further.
