Can someone tell me the layout of the Gbody TBI sending unit lines? I installed one and used the first (biggest with the saginaw fitting) as my supply, the 2nd as a return and the 3rd as vapor. I'm thinking I've got the return and vapor swapped around because my tank builds up a ton of pressure. Can anyone help me with this, if I'm wrong I can just switch the hoses above the axle and not have to drop the tank.

Thanks,

The 1/4 barbed fitting in the center is the return and the 5/16 barbed is the vapor line. If you think they are crossed you can pull the vapor hose from the carbon canister when there is pressure in the fuel tank. If the lines are crossed it will force fuel through the line up to the canister.

That's what I thought and how they're hooked up.....I wonder if I need to open up the line a little more or something. I'm building up pretty good pressure in the tank on short drives when it's warm out. I always get out of the car and burp the gas cap to relieve the pressure.

The vapor line seems to be working through the charcoal canister too, could my exhaust be heating up my fuel lines and causing this. They're about a little over an inch away from the bottom of the manifold on the passenger side frame rail.
