Wellston, OK
After stupiding out and selling my last wagon, I FINALLY found one close enough to go look at and it was just what I was after...a real "grandma special". Undorked-with, aside from a repaint. Fresh brakes, cylinders, and calipers all around, and new upper control arm bushings in the last month.

Think this time, I'm GONNA KEEP IT.

The wife will be so happy....guess my constant shopping CL and ebay was wearing her out

Looks very nice, I contemplated doing a wagon for my current project but it appears around here people caught on that they are becoming more desirable and have adjusted the prices to match.

Looks like a nice score, Brian.
I'm glad to hear that you intend to keep this one...🙂...for a change.
Could you tell us a little about this car and how you found it. What are your plans for this one?

Silver with a black interior... great color combo!
I bet the buffer might bring that paint back a bit! :wax:
So what's the plan?

Dark blue inside, although black would have been preferred. Already pulled the roofrack off. Going to give it a thorough tuneup and cleaning. probably use it as a driver while I assemble a plan and parts for it.

Long term, FI and OD, fresh paint and new wheels. OK, maybe not long term on the wheels. I'm thinking 18" black/machined IROCs, unless something else grabs my eye before that....but I'm pretty much a 5 spoke kinda guy. I do like the slots on yours, Blake...thought about 17" slots, but tough to find pics for inspiration. My first car (72 Chevelle SS) had slots on it....and was silver as well.

Very cool, I though the interior was black too looking at the pics. Nice score.

Probably be a while on the IROC wheels now...parts are coming together faster than I thought they would. Bought an LT1 donor car on Friday, so now I have plenty to do.
