Found this video, his new booster only pulls 5 hgin but it holds. Does not help he is using a cheap HF vacuum pump instead of a real Mityvac which are much better.

Found two different sites that state a vacuum brake booster should hold 20 inhg for at least 5 minutes without dropping. My booster can only go up to 5 inhg and drops to 0 in 10 seconds. Tried replacing the checkvalve and it did not solve the problem.
