Thats all the rpo codes for the car maybe you could tell me what it has!

Looks like 2.29 ratio. GH2 is the code

I knew it was a terrible ratio, maybe thats why the car feels like its being held back. if i swapped the 3.42's in with the current th200m will it rev crazy on the highway ?

Not to bad. You could expect an extra 1000 RPM or so with the 3.42 at 65 MPH. Actual RPM depends on tire size.
If you are running 195/70-14 your RPM at 65 MPH would be @ 3200 RPM
If you are running 205/75-14 your RPM at 65 MPH would be @ 3100 RPM
With overdrive your RPM will drop @ 1000 RPM at 65 MPH.

With overdrive and 2.29 gears The engine will feel extremely sluggish while trying to gently accelerate.
Now if this is a warmed up 400, 425, or 455 it wouldn't seem too bad, still not ideal. But anything stock or close to stock will feel dead and unresponsive. You would find yourself accelerating harder than needed just to force a downshift. Or manually shifting.

Your speedometer will also need recalibrated.
