TH350 Filter & Gasket

I'm looking for a trans filter and gasket set for my TH350C, and I'm curious about the difference between these two kits. One has a Nylon screen, and a square shape, while the other has a Dacron screen of an awkward shape. What exactly is the difference between these two, and what should I buy for the same price? Or do you guys have a better suggestion for filter kits? Any and all help is appreciated, Thanks

Thank You very much, after reading that I think I'll go with the Dacron filter, as the car won't be driven much, so replacing often won't bother me.
