th350 floor shifter linkage Updated

I swapped my 200c for a th350. I ordered a floor shifter cable bracket of ebay for a gbody th350. I think im missing the part that goes on the transmission selector shaft. My new th350 came with some type of flat piece of metal bolted on the selector shaft ( the previous owner of the trans was using a aftermarket shifter). Thanks.

I found a similar part on ebay but its for a 200r4. Will it fit a th350
