Im an Army vet, I was deployed to NYC for 9/11 & then for a year afterwards to NJ of all places. Had several friends serve in OIF, one was injured, his friend over there was killed. Thank you for the thoughts and I know everyone means well, but Memorial day isnt for the living, but those that made the ultimate sacrifice.
