The bodywork begins....

As far as the chrome it was rusting in some spots and around the doors it was faded so I went and sanded it down. I put 3 coats of primer and 3 coats of paint.

I hate the way the wheels look too,lol I was thinking of getting some black rims from Jegs, the $40 ones.

I Also am figuring some kind of design to do on the car. I might go over where the chrome rockers where and around the wheel wells with either royal blue or the safety orange. Just to break it up a bit. If I had money I would have never done this myself and it would have been professionally done. Someday maby,lol.

should'a painted it olive drab.

but ...

i think if you slam it down a bit, tint the windows, and get some fat meats under the wheelwells on better tires it will look nasty.

Oh yeah ... after the F-bomb pic I have to have a OD car of some kind now! HaHaHa!

OK I am done with the painting I just need the filler panels for the back. I may do a red pinstripe on the car or a stripe flame job, just the outline not painted flames.

for a 100$ you could have had a really decent high build primer.

I already got rid of them. A guy near me seen me working on the car and begged me to sell them to him. Sorry I can't be of help to you.
