The only real difference is on '84 and up cars, there is an extra trans crossmember provision for the 200-4R that isn't present on '83 and older cars.
All coupes and sedans use the same frame.
Wagons are slightly different on the left rear frame rail.
All three have a 108.1" wheelbase.
El Camino's have a 9" longer wheelbase.
