we usually get our fair share of snow each winter, this past winter, we didnt even get a half inch though. when did you live here? ive been here my whole life. the car was at best one tire on burkhardt
I knew it was Burkhardt! lol Looked like the eastside/burkhardt area - I lived in Eville from 1992-2007...now that I think about it, I guess Evansville does get its fair share.....I remember a few years we got some, but it never really seemed to stick around too long. I think in the last few years there's been a lot more from what I've heard...I used to love it when it snowed, I'd go do donuts in the Washington Sq parking lot at night, lol...good times. I've been in Indy about 4 1/2 yrs now, but I'm down there pretty often - I know Carl really well (CDG1984 on here), we went to high school & had the same shop class. Sorry to threadjack, but that's really awesome to know there's a GN in Evansville...if only I had $25k sitting around...

yeah the drive thru in the background is the subway they just built about 2 years ago, then past that, you can see the back of dr dashboard. a couple winters back, my cutlass did a ton of donuts in the rural king/buy low parking lot on morgan, even with its pathetic V6. i think ive only met Carl once or twice. he came into work a few years ago asking about the wheels on my cutlass, then ordered some for his car from summit. and just recently, i sold him a front bumper from a cutlass i was parting. small world

25 k seems a bit high ?
it seemed damn high to me. it was in decent shape but still needed a total restore. motor was leaking everything and had a tick, probably from sitting so long. drivers seat was ragged but the rest of the interior was nice, even the dash. needed a complete repaint and the wheels need rechromed bad. more like a 5k car if you ask me.
