There is a 69 Pontiac Lemans cruising the streets in my area and it was listed on Kijiji for $2,000. which I could not believe...

turns out the poor car has been rear ended.....what a shame..

It's been 7 long years since I last heard my big block run... I need to hear it run again to kick start the motivation!
It seems the older I get, the less jam I have left at the end of the day to go out and work in the garage. Usually end up falling asleep on the couch after dinner 3 out of 5 nights a week it seems. 🙁
This whole working for a living thing really interferes with play time on the car!
Anyways, that's a real shame about that LeMans. Hopefully someone with the right skills will save it and bring it back to its former glory.

Apologies for hijacking the thread. The LeMans looks like it would be worth fixing...just more of a commitment than the OP probably wants.

I'm never bothered about other stuff blending in, that's fixable and if I was a few years younger and had the equipment to work on it I'd jump on it for $2,000.

Only $2k ?? The front clip alone on that car is worth more than that. I love to look at those cars but they are wayyy out of my price range
