Tint?

i just finished mine up a week ago or so. Did 20% all the way around, and 70% on the entire windshield with a %20 front strip. I like it , looks good, and with historic tags i dont get bothered too much by cops. Tint isnt hard to do, its just like body work, all in the prep. Id recomend using a good quality tint if you want it to last. I'd use either 3m, johnson or lumar. They are the top 3 i think. Here is a pic of how mine looks

thanks for all the responses, so just make sure the window is super clean, and spray the tint and window with soapy water to allow to adjust, trim excess after or before the tint is completely dry? sould i go precut on ebay, or go with the good stuff.

still unsure on % though. anyone have pics b4 and after done with all 70%? if i do go with 70 or below (illegal in pa) how much would a ticket set me back? my dad and i are friends with a sheriff in town, so that might be a good thing.

Well, the stuff you get at the parts store is not that good. I usually rough trim it on the outside of the car, then squeegee to the end of the window and use a razor blade to trim off the excess. I'd try the Ebay stuff because it is cheap and pre-cut. If it is not that good, you are not out a lot of money. That is what I plan to do, especially since I want illegal 5% rear and 20% front and windshield strip.
