If you are not driving it every day, and primarily use it for drag racing, go with the TH 350. It's better dead stock than a comparable TH 200 4R, and it's cheaper. If you like to actually drive the car for long distances involving highway speeds, and run fairly short gears (3.73's, etc.), the lack of an overdrive will give you a headache and kill fuel economy. That's when the TH 200 4R comes into it's own. If all you do is race, the overdrive is of no benefit to you though, so why pay for it?
I plan to use my car if it ever gets done, so I run a TH 200 4R for now (and a T-5 in the future...).
