Ive searched the forum and couldnt find anything specifically about removing vinyl top trim. Im wanting to paint it. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!!

Only thing I know about the vinyl tops is prepare for some rot underneath it. Sorry I couldn't help but I'll ask my uncle who owns a auto body & paint shop.
It pretty much just pops off, theres plastic clips underneath it with fingers that grab onto it. A window trim removal tool might help you get it off easier but I think most of mine came off without any real carnage and I wasn't really trying to save it. I undid the clips on the side of the car first and then was able to just slide off the portion where it bends and gos across the roof if that makes sence.
