So I've got Cragar D Window wheels in mind for my 78 malibu sedan, 16x10 on the back and 16x7 or 8 in the front. I highly doubt, however, that the 16x10's will fit on the car. Do I need to raise the rear a tad to make way for the bigger wheels or just get the right offset on the wheel? How can I get the big wheels on the back? Any thoughts would be great!

i just put an 18x9 1/2 on the rear of my 78 malibu wagon.. they have a 5.5' backspacing and only used a 5/16' spacer. could probably fit a 10' wheel as long as you didnt put a monster tire under there. id think youd also have to roll the fender lips a tad. my tires on the rear are 265/35/18 bout a 10.5' wide tire

I ordered My wheels & tires this week, I guess I will be doing a lot of cutting!!

TSW 19x 10.5, 305/30/19 Rear
TSW 19x9, 275/30/19 Front
