My 283 turbo sbc hasn't been cheap since I want it to not blow up on the first time I test the power. I've built it to be a blow thur quickfuel carb setup.which is one of the easiest carbs to work on if needed. Going carb is cheaper than going efi but you have to have knowledge of carbs and how to tune it properly. A wide band o2 sensor is your best friend when it come's to tuning.
 
For anyone looking I have a twin turbo SBC for sale... I will sell the turbo kit separately. PM me.
 
283 TT won't make as much power as a bigger cubic inch engine would, but you will find the weak link(s).

Might ought to put details of the TT kit for sale somewhere.
