Turn signal lever install w/cruise

Can anybody help me get started on this??? kind of looking for some direction I have a delta 88 (same column setup and a cutlass) and want to install a new signal lever in, my car is also equipped with cruise.

Have to pull the steering wheel and lockplate to be able to run the wire through the column. The actual stalk itself just pulls out and pushes back in.
