turning signals not working even after replacing flasher

This is the flasher fuse I bought for the all the exterior LED bulbs to work in my boy's '79. Only standard bulbs for the turn & 4 way circuits are the dash 194's. Everything works like before.

that worked for my hazard but not my turn signals. had to purchase the flasher with reverse polarity base to get that to work. Thanks everyone for the comments. also had a false contact in the fuse box, this cars full of surprises.
