Hi folks , I got a problem with left side turn signals not working . The bulbs light up but no flash action . Have replaced both bulbs and the flash unit itself and still have the problem . Any help on this ? thanks

Do the Hazards work?

sounds like its grounding out to something. if no wires are rubbing or chaffing could be the turn signal switch. I've had some bulbs be internally grounded too so double check them.
Hopefully this helps! Good luck

I had this problem when the wrong type of bulb was being used in the socket. After I replaced the bulbs with the correct ones and sprayed out the sockets with electric cleaner just for extra assurance, it fixed everything as far as the lights. Another possible problem is in your steering column. I've realized that g-body steering columns are fairly weak at the turn signal and when those plastic pieces easily break, it causes it to ground. Just be easier to rebuild the who steering column electrical with new turn signal cams etc.

Crackerbox ... the hazards do work .... thanks to all who replied ...ill keep puttering and hopefully find the cause tho im electrically challenged

K, now I'm not positive on these cars- been a while since I've gotten under the dash- but a lot of cars have separate flasher fuses for the signals and hazards. Are you sure you replaced the right one?
