TV / Detent Cable on Holley 4160 Carb

Hi guys, replace CCC system with Holley 4160 and HEI distributor, problem is I added the Holley TV cable linkage adapter and Holley TV cable bracket and the trans is shifting way to soft even with the cable pulled all the way in. If I cycle throttle it unclicks by 1.

Anyone else had this problem? Trans is a 2004r with Monster in a box kit with replacement TV cable. It was close to all in with the Q-Jet.
