"U'd Lose" Brake Light

I was at a cruise in a couple days ago and say a Grand National and in the back window brake light when it would light up it said "U'd Lose". I thought it was really cool. He didn't just stick decals or anything over it. It was like it was part of the light, as the letters lit up too, just brighter so it stood out and you could read it.

I suck at describing this lol, but does anyone know what I'm talking about/seen one before and more importantly know where to get one?
