Under dash wiring. Please look.

Thanks Doober! I am gonna work on it all today. The previous owner had no clue on what he was doing. The battery has been dying so I know I have problems. I'm pretty much gonna start at the battery and work from there. It looks like most of the under dash just needs to be connected back up. Do you know what these connectons are? I think the white is the turn signal connection.

I am almost positive the white connector is for the wipers and the black one is for the turn signal/hazards/horn.
 
Yep, looks like the white one is wipers.

For blinkers, looks like dark blue is power to the flasher, purple is from flasher to signal switch, green/yellow are actually the blinker legs from the switch. Brown is power to/from the hazard flasher (which is a DPST switch), I believe the others are reverse lights and neutral safety switch (the four at the bottom of the connector in the pic)... black is almost always ground.

Yup they're right. Pulled my column last week and they both go on the connecters that are found near the bottom.
