Under hood light modified

I also installed two lights ( from Cadillacs at the pick and pull). I installed a push on/push off switch so that when the hood is up and I'm working on the engine at home, I can turn the lights off. One of the other options I think came from ford trucks. It is an underhood light with a retractable cord, so you can use it for changing a tire, etc. Always thought that was an interesting idea- just never ran across one at the pick and pull.

You could just do what I did. I pulled the light out of a 90s Silverado. Holy sh*t the thing is bright as hell with even the stock bulb. It also reaches to about 4 feet behind the car.
