I RA sanded my wheel wells and underside when I got my Cutlass and once I got everything clean I blew everything clear of dust with the air hose and wiped laqure thinner over everything. Once it dryed I brushed on HurcuLiner Truck bed coating. Took about two days, worked great and was easy.
