Valley pan gasket

Does anyone know if it will work to use a valley pan gasket with a olds performer 350 aluminum intake

Yes, used one many times. RTV beads around both sides of the gasket on the 4 water ports. I use about 3 layers high, tall not wider than the rails of RTV in place of the rubber end seals. I also use Aviation sealant, same as Gaskasinch around all the other ports but that is probably not necessary.

No problem, wait overnight before adding antifreeze unless you use an RTV like The Right Stuff. Glad I could help.
