ive seen something similar before. if your running a .500 lift cam just check how much clearance you have from the top of those sleeves to the top of the retainers. if from the top of those sleeves to the top of those retainers is .5" or more you should be good, if its less then that id see by how much and maybe slap a rocker arm on there and see how much clearance youll have with it
the issue you would be worried about is the sleeve to rocker arm clearance. it looks pretty close to .500 but id measure just in case
