Vibration in Drivetrain

I purchased the car from a payment plan with a private seller, it took almost 8 months, and by the end of the situation we were both very annoyed with eachother. When I picked the car up he was not there, and he never responded to me after that so I simply never found out the details of both. He told me when i first looked at it but that was all forgotten. I had anticipated getting it all written down for myself when I picked the car up, but we were both just looking for the situation to be over, so he never showed and I haven't heard from him since.

If it almost feels like you are going over rumble strips in the road. I will bet the torque converter in the transmission is going bad. I had the same thing happen to me replaced converter and i was good to go.

Kinda. it's like a binding. it's like the vehicle doesn't wanna go any faster, I let off the gas and get back on and it's fine. or even just change up the pressure on the pedal. it's so weird. haha.

Yup sounds to me like you need a converter.

Forgive my ignorance, that is centered in the bell housing of the transmission correct? so it needs to be dropped to be replaced?

You are correct. Trans will have to dropped out.
