vinyl top question

i just purchased an 85 cutlass that use to have a vinyl top that someone had taken off and smoothed out.
oddly enough i am considering putting one back on.
does anyone know where i could get a kit? or parts? etc.
...i have nothing for it now; would be starting fresh

There's no "kit" for it per se. You will need the trim that goes all around, and the plastic clips to hold the trim in. You can get the roof reapholstered in vinyl at a glass shop or interior/upholstery shop (I had my redone for my 84 GP). You can get the clips from clipsandfasteners.com (I posted the part number somewhere on this forum, but I'd have to look it up) but your main problem will be getting the trim itself.

yeah and also fastening the clips to the roof. thatll be tricky without those studs there.
