Call a couple of your local auto upholstery shop's They can give you a estimate.
The last one I had done here in PHX. cost me about $275.But that car had no rust issues under the old top.

I own an upholstery shop, if all is in good shape about $350, then add for rust, abet up top that's hard to get off, etc...
That's in this area, of course.
