wagon rear seat question

I am needing to remove the rear lower seat section, so I can see what is going on with my seat belts. How do I remove the lower seaction? Thanks

On the bottom front edge of the seat push towards the back of the car (or in to me) then pull up.

thanks man, got it no problem. I am missing the part the retractable seat belt snaps into(toward the inside of the seat). I am needing a pair in the camel tan color, if anyone has any.
