I've been a hardcore car junkie my whole life & just scored an all original...pretty close to perfect 1 owner 1983 Cutlass Calais that's going from the original owners garage to mine & will enjoy plenty of detailing & easy living from a fellow car nut. The original owner kept it as clean & well kept as can be & it fell into the hands of someone that appreciates it for what it is & will keep it in it's current condition for many years to come. Here are a few pics...mostly from the ad, and I will upload more pics when I get it all cleaned up.

Welcome aboard from Louisville, that really is a diamond in the rough man! Glad you scored it and plan on keeping it original.
There is a ton of knowledge and great guys floating around here. We are all g body junkies (as I'm outside in the cold sanding my grille and bezel in prep for paint lol), whatever we can help with feel free to ask!

Welcome to the forum. You are a lucky individual. That looks like a very clean Cutlass. It looks like that guys entire fleet was all in perfect condition. I bet it's low miles too. We'd definitely love to see more pics when you get it home and "cleaned up". It doesn't look like you'll have much to clean though. Lol.

Thank you so much everyone. The older I get, I've just gotten very appreciative of keeping cars in this shape very clean & original. I'm sure I'm not making a news worthy comment when I mention that gm used a non durable paint in the late 70's/early 80's. The car's very clean, but has the usual checking on the deck lid. I'm trying to avoid reprinting it.
