and here are the test results!

Damn Good!!

I have a little door rot at the very bottom of the inner, so I am going to order the lower inner patch and weld it in place at a later time. I wanted to get the skin fitted to see how the door handle and lock and mirror and upper door reveal molding rested. It looks better than the originals. I have many pictures here since I have never done this before so to document the process for others to learn how to do. It took about two hours and was very simple. I only installed the skin slightly to see the fitment and will go back later and seam the edges and make the door like new.

Hi Hutch!

Yes, we are making the trunk floor and I cannot seem to remember if I asked them to attach the frame rail frames with or without the floor. I know when I was over there last me and Brian asked them to get a move on the trunk floor and also the frame member that goes across the back seat that attaches to the inner rocker panel. SO to answer your question, yes the floor will either come with the members, or seperately. Either way the solution will be available. Speaking of drop offs, we should have the quarter panel drop offs soon as well. You know these all go bad.

Nice to see that someone is showing the Cutlass some love finally! Montes and Regals where the Gbody favorites it seemed like, keep it coming! Us Cutlass owners will show our appreciation!

Today I spent some time welding in the lower inside patch piece so I could finish the fitting of the door skins. When I am dont putting the skins on the doors, they will be basically brand new.

First to size up the patch and get it ready for a trace cut

WOW ...Might have to open an account with you to get all of the things I want from you . 😱 Great Job!!!!

This is sweet!! I removed all my chrome trim to see what I'm up against when I paint the car and found some rot thru on the bottom of the front doors. Not a lot, but enough to make me want new doors, or at least skins These look great. Can't wait till they're available!
