Wel I packed on about 50 extra pounds ontop of already being firefighter sized.
Time for a driver mod.

This thread wont bump to much, I'll probably complain in it actually.
Anyways 6'5'' 356.5 today

Im scalin in again on the 21st.
My goal is 235.

I lost 60 lbs in 3 mos last year, using a combination of diet, exercise, and the prescription medication Phenteramine. I was a pizza restaurant manager sized 240lbs (5'10"), and got down to 180. I have kept most of it off, but am back up to 195 again.

I did it once before too, and got happy with a women who told me too eat, and there it went.
I went from 356 before to 271 in like 5 months.
Im aiming to repeat that and this time stick with it.
😀 Good to see other people doing/ did driver mods aswell 😀

Doing this myself. Guess it kind of goes with the beginning of my restoration of my Cutlass. As it gets in shape, so do I. Really though, it helps me to spend less time being bored without spending money going out.

As soon as I started work at the local PD I went from 6'0" 190 to 6'0" 255 in a matter of 7 months. Now that the weather is nice I am back out working on the Monte and I have already lost 10 pounds in the Texas heat.

I lost 30 lbs from Jan 1 to Apr 1....staying there at 200 5/10. Taking it off is the easy part keeping it off is tough. Requires a whole new definition of who you are and what you eat. For every splurge action requires a get tough exercise action.

keeping it off is the whole problem haha.

Its so good to see so many people involved in this 😀.
I've already started with breakfest, and all day yesterday.
Time to hit the weights after I get done pulling an engine and working on the cutlass.

Yeah, keeping it off is a real struggle. I have gained 15 lbs since September of 2007, which isn't too bad, I guess. My worry is that I can't exercise now since my knee has become painful due to torn cartilage, so I can't walk far, and I have a bad shoulder. Damn car accident!

This diet I figured for myself, proper sleep schedual and vitamins, has me feeling pretty good.
I've probably already lost weight, But im not doing my first weigh in until june 21st

Off to go make some runs.
