What are 8.5 10 bolts going for these days?

I found a guy selling one in my area out of a 87 442 . It is complete with 3.73 gears non-posi. Still has the brakes, control arms, and sway bar on it as well. Guy is asking $400.00 for it. Good price or not?

Fantastic price if it's not very rusty... especially for a Dakota state. You should buy it before it's too late and don't look back. They go for $650 at the lowest where I'm from

I would grab that! I paid $500 for an open unit and also traded a bare 9" bolt in g body housing. If anything you could sell it here for $650+

Agreed, I bought my 442 just because it still had the 8.5" 3.73 posi in it. I'd expect to pay anywhere from 600-800 around here for a used "core".
