I'll check out the Blazer, Jimmy sun visors. However, the colors may be limited on the later type vehicles.
I've seen the overhead consoles. They're pretty cool.

They're quite handy on those curvy roads, you can avoid constantly moving the visor.

I recovered my stock visors, and installed a Homelink garage door opener. Recovering is really easy. You use headliner material, and glue it to some thin cardboard, which gets bent around the hardboard inside the visor. The Homelink can be bought on ebay for like $10. I took mine to a local upholstery shop, and for $20 they sewed up the cover around the seams.

I guess when it comes down to redoing my headliner, I'll recover my sun visors with matching fabric.
