In general IMO its a little more desirable than the same gbody without it but not a lot. Just based on appeal to the buying public and that the lil extra care & safe guarding that a T-top car requires is less of an issue as most no longer use an even semi restored gbody as their only daily driver. Also due to improper care and stupid humans abuse a lesser percentage of the T-top cars survive.
My GN is a T-top car and I love it sometimes despite it. I installed the simple cheap effective criss cross brace in the trunk so despite being relatively fast & hard launching have never had any structural issues. A pillars show no wear/cracking with MANY hard drag radial launches over the years. I added a fairly dark window tint to the tops so the suns never been a big issue. Comfort wise I have noticed little difference but that may be in part to my build & preference as to how I sit in it. Also again love it as I do I made sure when I purchased my second Gbody that is was a hard top car.
