What car do you wish you could own again?

84 or 74 454 Caprice? 84 didn't have much in any GM car. 350 Being the largest IIRC. I'm not sure about cadies, though. And 74 wouldn't be FI. Poosibly it was a 350 car with TBI. 3.42 or higher sounds more like a GM combo. Sounds more like someone did a nice job of making it look factory.

At one point, I had a '73 Nova hatchback. It was a really neat car because of the hatchback feature. It was almost as good as a station wagon. It had a 307 small block Chev (the last year for that engine), auto on the floor & buckets & console. That's one car I wish I had back.

thats a great car

the car i miss the most would probably be my 73 formula 350 firebird. i always loved the 70-73 nose on those cars and mine even had the fiberglass ram air hood. my dream car!! but it had TONS of rust and really wasnt worth replacing almost ALL metal on the car, including the roof. i sold it about 6 years ago and hadnt seen it since, until just a couple months ago. i seen it sitting in a front yard in a small town just a few miles from me. 😢

someone did a nice job and his name is me!
me and my pop put it all in

i wish i still had my 97 jeep cherokee country. that thing was a BEAST! it could do a buck 25 and go through a foot of snow and climb a very steep sand hill. i once took it to a banquet party at a hotel and when we got there it was a dead party, so when we went to leave the hotel people said that parking was 12 bucks. i just drove over the curb, across the grass and onto the street. it was a 4.0 inline 6 and it never broke, till i backed into that light post. haha

You people might find that weird, bur the car I miss the most is my 1993 Asuna Sunfire with Lotus suspension, the best fun car I had and drove in 4 cylinders. Handle any crook at 100 miles an hours lol

car i wish i could have back would be the 69 charger with a 440 my dad and i had a few years back it was really sad to see that one go

My first car was an 84 Buick Regal, the paint 'was' blue at one point but had turned to a rusty color. It had the 3.8 V6 and wasn't in bad shape at all when it came to rot. I got it for a graduation gift and loved it. I wish I had kept the car know because there's so many parts I could use right now for my project car which is my 84 Monte which was my second car.

Well I had a few I wish I still Had.

My first car was a 1979 monze Spyder. It was pretty nice when I first got it. Was pretty much all original when I got it. It was silver with red interior. It had a 305 and a TH350. The transmission had an RV shift kit. And the 305 I put new oil pump, new cam (GM replacement from a 350HP 350), lifters, and double roller timing set. I also replaced the 2 bbl carb with a Quadrajet from a 350 and a stock GM aluminum intake. i backed it off with duals (off the stock manifolds) that had small (like 8"-10") blue bottle glass packs, that angled down right before the rear end. As for the rear end, that was the one weak point on the car. Open ended 2:29s, but the cars light weight made up for the bad gears. It had a few changes over the years. different wheels, 350, B&M shifter, sprayed the hood flat black, and evantuall ran the exhaust out the back.

WOW another Spyder owner. Bought my very own first car in 1989. Mine was was a 1978 Spyder. White 305 / th350 with the Black Widow on the hood. With an oil change and a fresh set of tires I drove that car from Ontario to Alberta in 2 days flat. It was full of rot and primer all over but a blast to drive. I would love to find another but all that power in a light short wheelbase car was like handling a bar of soap on the shower floor.

Rather I would like to have my '80 Calais back, buckets, console, dual exhaust and I could now actually afford to fix the A/C which was broken the whole time I owned the car. LOL
