I have an Monte Carlo LS with a single pipe out the passenger side. Old chrome tip has rust. Anyone have pics of what they have found that looks good. Not shure if I should get one like I have or change to a different style. Currently it is just a straight chrome tip.

Get what ever you like best - it's your car !

That is my plan. Unfortunately sometimes what looks good in the store look bad installed. If anyone had some pics it would help.

I like not being able to see exhaust, so when I had mine made I told them I didn't want to be able to see it when looking at the car and they made it happen. Chrome tips always seem to rust, tarnish, or get sooty. Like lilbowtie said, its your car do what you want. Go to autozone and get a few and return the ones you dont like.

I like mine;

get stainless steel tips, cost a little more but will not rust
That's what mine are,a quick polish every now and then keeps them looking good.

I try to keep my exhaust as tucked up as possible so you can't see it so no need for tips.
To me exhaust tips only look good when the exhaust is hidden enough where you can't see where the tip mounts to the tailpipe otherwise they just look added on in my opinion, especially those cheap universal ones with a couple screws that hold them on.

I had mine tucked up higher but they were starting to burn the rear bumper...

Wow, that would certainly suck melting your bumper cover.
