If you have the budget the synthetic stuff is great. Withstand higher temps would be its best quality for me.

I run tractor fluid in mine(th2004r). Mostly because I am cheap. A five gallon bucket for about $50 compared to more(I didn't calculate it, you can do the math for your chosen fluid) for the synthetic. I change filter and the fluid enough. If i was going long between changes the synthetic might be a more cost effect idea.

That makes sense,i don't have a problem investing in the fluids,it's a piece of mind.the choices that the company gave me are across the board so that's why i asked about all this.

i wrote to my transmission company inquiring about choosing an atf as they recommend a little bit of everything.i was wondering if someone could see past my overthinking most things and see if I'm reading to much into this or not.here's my email.
"Hi,in preparation for my stage II 2004r arrival, I'm shopping for my atf now. on your site do recommend more than one form of type F,the b&m and other types.do you have reservations against me using ati's super F synthetic type f atf ? sorry if this sounds like strange question but i wanted to be sure as synthetic type F wasn't on the list. thank you."
they kindly and gracefully responded "You can use any fluid you like. We don't use any synthetic atf fluids. Just my preference."
do i have anything to worry about considering THEY don't use any synthetics as they're the ones that built it? or am reading between the lines that don't exist and i'm super crazy??

I am currently running Tractor trans hydraulic fluid with enough Type F to colour it in my TH350. I changed it once and used the synthetic blend, still cheaper than regular ATF and a 10W30 vs a 5W15 weight for normal ATF. I plan on switching from regular Dexron 3 to Dexron 6 and synthetic blend Tractor trans hydraulic fluid.
